No AI-generated code merges without human verification. Every line is read and validated against the dependency rules, error handling specifications, and preceding ADR.
We guide AI to write within a layer (e.g. a repository method, a Zod schema, a test scaffold). It never designs the layer boundaries — those are the decisions that compound.
Every AI session starts with the architecture rules, the active domain, and what already exists. AI without context produces fast, structurally wrong code.
Our first meaningful project wasn't a portfolio template. A local non-profit was running on a WordPress site that took 11 seconds to load, crashed at 40 concurrent visitors, and cost ₹15,000/month in hosting. We replaced it with a statically generated Next.js site on a ₹800/month VPS. Load time dropped to under 800ms. Hosting cost dropped by 94%.
That's when the path became clear: not writing clever code — but removing friction from people doing important things. NGOs operate with 3–5 staff, no dedicated developer, and a mission more important than any technical preference. We build for that actual constraint.

./start.sh boots the full environment — Docker infra, migrations, seed, and all app servers. ./deploy.sh handles git, rsync, container rebuild, and health check. No tribal knowledge required.
